(Optional) How do you talk to a smartcard? - (5) Writing the M-Card scanner

Now we have enough knowledge to write a more sophisticated M-Card scanner, which finds out the class byte of M-Card, and scans through the M-Card file system for the purse file.

We probably do not have time today ... but try this homework sometime later.
