The KX509 project to use Kerberos to obtain Digital Certificates for web authentication. Get the certificates:

I was the U-M representative in the, now disbanded, CIC Research Projects Group (CIC-RPG).
Migrated the campus security repository from an AFS kaserver to MIT's Kerberos 5 KDC. Here are some notes from the beginning of that effort.
As part of the migration to the MIT Kerberos server, I wrote code to replicate individual principal entries in near-real-time rather than propagating the entire database.
The Secure Videoconferencing Project.
I've done some work for the Fitness For Youth office here on campus to process assessment report cards for K-12 students.
a verification test suite for LDAP version 2 servers and clients for the Network Applications Consortium.
In partnership with Gradient Technologies , ported DCE to the Macintosh.
Ported the DFS servers to OS/390 in partnership with IBM.
A port of the AFS servers to IBM's MVS/ESA operating system (before OpenEdition and OS/390).
